Bay Sweater

Bay Sweater is a classic oversized sweater featuring thin stripes, a mock neck, and wide sleeves. It is worked top down, making it easy to adjust both body and sleeve length. The stripe pattern runs throughout the entire garment. The sweater is finished with short ribbed edges at the body, sleeves, and neckline.

Bay Sweater is worked top down in stripes. First, the upper back is worked and shaped using short rows. Stitches are then picked up along the shoulders from the back piece. The shoulders are shaped and joined at the front to form the front piece. The front and back are then joined, and the body is worked in the rnd. Stitches are picked up around the armholes for the sleeves, which are worked in the rnd and finished with double ribbing. Finally, stitches are picked up around the neckline and the neckband is worked in double ribbing.
