What is included with the purchase?

Your purchase includes a digital knitting pattern (PDF).

After completing your order, you will receive a download link by email, giving you instant access to the pattern. Keep in mind that there is a three-time-limit to how many times the download-link can be accessed.

Please note that this is a digital product only - no physical items or yarn are included.

How can I download the pattern?

After completing your purchase, you can download the pattern from the order confirmation site, and you will receive an email with a download link. Simply click the link to download the pattern to your device. Make sure you download and save the pattern somewhere you can access it later, as there is a three-time-limit to how many times the download-link can be accessed.

If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you’re still having trouble, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

The download-link is not working?

If the download link isn’t working, please try the following first:

  • Make sure you haven’t exceeded the maximum number of download attempts
  • Try opening the link in a different browser or on another device
  • Check that the link hasn’t expired

If it’s still not working, please contact us at info@ingriddyb.com and include your order number if possible. We’ll sort it out for you as quickly as we can ✨

I found an error in a knitting pattern.

If you believe you’ve found an error in a knitting pattern, please contact us at info@ingriddyb.com and include:

  • The name of the pattern
  • The page/section where the error appears
  • A short description of the issue

Even though the patterns are thoroughly test-knit and carefully proofread before publication, errors in the pattern can still occur.
